Sam Bates is a 24 year executive in the business world. Beginning his career in Little Rock, AR with Baptist Health, in 1984, he has worked in a variety of health care executive positions around the state. Three years ago, he was called into ministry and served in an executive position at a large church again in Little Rock. With an extensive business background and significant life experience, he was invited to join WorkMatters, a not for profit, marketplace ministry in Northwest Arkansas in June of 2007. Sam and his wife, Jodi, live in Fayetteville, AR and have three children, Trevor 22, Maggie 19 and Emma 9. They attend Fellowship Bible Church in Rogers, AR.
